If you sign up for Clicks.so and feel it's not the right solution for you, please log in to your User Account and submit a cancellation request.
You may also send us the cancellation request by email to hey@clicks.so from the registered email address. To process such a request sent by email, we may require you to provide certain information: a brief comment explaining the reason for your cancellation, your billing details (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the credit card linked to the account, billing date, etc.), email address, username, and other identity verification or authentication data.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the pre-paid period, or, for unpaid trials or complimentary subscriptions, within 7 days of receiving your request, assuming that the request was made following these cancellation guidelines. We will confirm your subscription cancellation within 3 business days of receiving your request.
At Clicks.so, we extend a 48-hour money-back guarantee under the terms outlined here. If you cancel your subscription in line with this Policy within 48 hours of placing your subscription order, we will, upon your written request, process a refund of your prepaid fees within 30 calendar days. The refund will be carried out using the same method as the initial payment. Any bank fees or charges will be your responsibility.
We hold the right to decline your refund request if it pertains to a recurring payment or for other specific reasons that might be detailed in Clicks.so's Terms of Service.
